I don't get why people have to litter.  I mean there are plenty of garbage cans around, so why can't it wait until then? One of the aspects of doing this blog is that I will stop on the side of the road on occasion.  This is a scene I see all too often.  Many times, this will be accompanied by cigarette butts.
