A Brief Stop at the South Haven Lighthouse

After the White River Lighthouse, I ended up visiting a friend who was near Holland.  After that, I headed down to South Haven.

 The gloomy skies of the morning gave way to the sunny skies of the afternoon.  It made for nice weather but didn't help my pictures as I was almost shooting into the sun.

 But in some instances, I liked the sharp shadows.  It gave me some leading lines towards the lighthouse.

 I really had to shade for this picture.

 I stood in the shade for this one.

 It was nice when I was shooting with my back to the sun.  However there were too many people.

I headed down to St. Joseph but I figured I would have the same problems, so I didn't get any pictures of that lighthouse.
