If you catch a ship heading upbound, you might see it sooner.
As I said in my last post, it takes a ship 24 hours to go from the Soo Locks to Duluth.
Loading a ship it typically a 12 hour to 24 hour process (depending on the dock, time of year, etc).
So if you catch a ship heading upbound at the Soo, you will see her again within three to four days. In this case, it was four days.
Like I said in a previous post, I couldn't really complain about the weather.
The American Steamship and Canadian flags flying proudly.
A friendly wave from the Captain.
I think she was heading down to St Clair.
