Oddities on the River

Just some stuff I couldn't otherwise classify.

 I think this is a survey boat.

 An odd looking tug pushing a barge.

 I like to call this the redneck self-unloader.  It looks like something cobbled together.

I think it was heading down to help work on the Rock Cut.
