Catching the Ile Saint Ours

I think this is the first time I've caught the Ile Saint Ours but not the first time that I've caught a Canadian Buoy Tender.
These are typically small vessels that are under 150 GRT and are used in a variety of missions for the Canadian Coast Guard.
This particular vessel is named the Ile Saint Ours which is named after an island near Quebec.
It is 23 meters long and has a diesel motor which is 475 horsepower.
She is crewed by four people and was built in 1986.
Since their mission isn't typically long, I don't think she has crew accomodations.
 She passes by.
One more shot before moving on.
