Our next stop was Burlington, Iowa which borders the Mississippi River. I'd never really been through here but I've heard of the town because it the Burlington of the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad.
Looking down one of the streets. The amazing part about alot of these towns is how similar they look.
The Burlington Hotel.
Some tugboats on the Mississippi.
Looking back at Burlington.
And crossing the Mississippi again. This time it definately felt like I was in the home stretch as I had almost gone full circle. A week before this, I had crossed it going west. Now I was coming back.
