A Coast Guard and Border Patrol Boat

I haven't been able to give much Coast Guard love.  I was hoping that I would get the opportunity since I decided to watch "The Finest Hours" on Thursday night.  It was about a Coast Guard crew that saved the crew of a tanker that split in half during a storm.  It was pretty good.

 This is a 29 food Defender-class boat.  It is used for a variety of missions, including search and rescue.

 It can move pretty quickly when necessary.

It was followed pretty closely by a similar boat used by the Border Patrol.  For a second, it almost looked like they were racing each other.

 It passes the Dylan Cooper.

As does the Border Patrol boat.
