Showy Lady's Slipper

My mom knows of a place where there are some pretty neat wildflowers, so we took a gander over there.  She found a spot with some showy lady's slipper.
These typically grow in marshy areas and this was no exception.  If she wasn't with me, I probably would have missed the spot.
I believe this flower is the symbol of Minnesota.
Some of the plants can end up living over 100 years.
 One of the buds.
 And one more shot.

I belive this is fleabane.
