A Border Patrol Boat

As I was watching the Alpena head out to the lake, I saw this guy coming in.

 It is a defender boat belonging to the Border Patrol.

 I'm not sure where they are returning from but I think these boats are stored near St Clair.

 the boat passes the stern of the Alpena.

And continues on.
