A Windsor Police Boat

This one passed by as I was taking pictures of the Cape.

 I'm not sure where it was heading but it seemed to be in a hurry.

 It was pretty cool to see, especially since I saw similar boats the day before.

Anyway, it's pretty cool with all the spray.
