A Windsor Police Boat

There was quite a bit of boat traffic yesterday.  I think that might have brought out people like this.

 I'm not sure where he was going in such a hurry.  I hope it wasn't to try to rescue someone.

 It was pretty cool to she this boat though.

 I'm not sure what speed he was going.
