Catching Up With the CSL St. Laurent

As I was getting pictures of the Alpena, this ship was starting to make her way down.

It is the CSL St. Laurent and I think she was heading down from Thunder Bay.
I don't remember where she was heading but this made for a nice view of Detroit.
I like this ship because she has the goose mural on the pilothouse.
I kind of like this shot with the skyline of Detroit in the background.
Pulled out to get a shot of the buildings too.  Since it was a nice day, there were a fair amount of fisherman on the river.  Although, I imagine that the river is still cold as it wasn't too long ago that it was frozen.
The Ren Cen in the background.
A more or less clean background with the top of the Windsor Casino.
One more shot from my normal camera.
then I shot with my drone.  I was having some issues because the phone screen was almost dark.
As a result, I didn't get the drone shots that I wanted.
At least the season is young, so I should get plenty of opportunities to use the drone.
One more shot as she continues downriver.
