Jefferson Avenue

Actually this is another shot that I have been looking to get for a while.

I kind of wish that I didn't have the lights in the shot though. Or the SUV. Oh well.
I like this one a little bit better.
Jefferson Avenue was one of five major routes planned by Judge Augustus Woodward in 1805. It was the route that went east from the origin of Detroit but it was extended to the west at some point.
Technically it starts around Cobo Hall but it goes to Wyandotte to the south and Mt. Clemens to the east. One of these days I may take it out that far.
