Caught an Eagle

After stopping at Ottawa, I headed over to Magee since that was my original goal.  I was hoping to catch an eagle or two.

 And I managed to see this one hanging by the nest.  His mate was out hunting.  Every so often he would call out.

 The lighting was perfect and I was waiting for his mate to return.

 He would look around.

 Unfortunately, I didn't get the best shot of his mate but I still like it.

 I decided to stick around for a bit to see if he would take off.

 But I didn't stay much longer.

But of course, he took off right after I left.
