The Rains Stay Mainly on the Plane

So on Friday night, I decided to head over to the airport.  Planes look really cool when it is misty out.  The humidity in the air is picked up by their wings and make really nice looking vortex trails.  Granted, some planes look better than others but still, it's pretty cool.

First up was a 757-300 coming in from San Francisco.
I would have to say the 757 is one of the cooler looking planes in the rain.
A CRJ-200 coming in from Green Bay.
An ERJ-175 coming in from Mohammed Ali Airport in Louisville.  Mohammed Ali was the legendary boxer and he was from Louisville.  Pretty cool they named the airport after him.
An A220-100 coming in from San Antonio.
This CRJ-200 was coming in from South Bend.
The 737 is another plane that looks pretty good in the rain.  This one looks like it is coming out of warp.
Another view of that plane.
It was arriving from Dallas-Fort Worth.
This A319 was coming in from Milwaukee.
This A319 was arriving from Dallas Fort Worth.
Another angle of that plane.
I had to stay for one more plane.
And of course it was a 757-300.
This particular one was coming in from Seattle.
I was loving the way the haze was coming over the tail.
The straight out shot.
I'm not normally a fan of stern shots but I like the way this one looks.
