My Happy Place Bird Passes the Detroit River

As I was getting ready to catch the Arthur M. Anderson, I saw this guy fly by.
Since I usually see the cormorant fly by on the Detroit, St Clair and St Marys Rivers, I call it my happy place bird.  When I was watching the navy ships in New York, I saw one there.  In fact, it looked like it was saluting one of the destroyers as it left.  At any rate, it is a cool looking bird as it skims over the water.  So it is my happy place bird.
