The Police Boat Passes By

 So I headed down to Riverside Park, there were two ships that I wanted to catch.

The ship was still a little bit behind Belle Isle but as I got to the park, I saw the Detroit Police boat.  It looks like they were taking some people out for a ride.

It turns around to return to where it came from.  I think this boat is docked on Belle Isle.
