Catching a Turkey Vulture

 My mom said that there was a blue jay outside of the apartment today.  I grabbed my camera and while I saw him,  I couldn't get a decent picture of him.

As I was waiting for the blue jay to reappear, this guy flew over into the parking lot.  I kind of like these guys even though they are butt ugly.

It is a turkey vulture (or buzzard) and I love the way they glide.
