So I stopped by Detroit on the way home from work today (I was up in Troy) for some boatwatching. It turns out that I got a little bit of a surprise in trainwatching.
I've seen a CSX train stopped here before and I'm not sure why as it doesn't look like there is anything to load here but given the number of tracks it is possible. But I kind of like the wooded look versus the urban background.
A closeup of said train. I had a closer shot but that didn't turn out so well.
And the train as it was heading off somewhere. I presume to the dock or something else.
