The Garganey

And my last ship yesterday was the Garganey.
The Garganey is one of several ocean going ships that ply the Great Lakes.
She is owned by the Parakou Shipping Company out of Hong Kong but is under charter to Canadian Forest Navigation Company.
 She was born in 2007.
She is 655 feet long and can carry 37,000 tons of cargo.
I'm not a huge fan of salties but I think they are growing on me.
One more shot as she passes the Coast Guard Station.

To be quite frank I love the Canfornav boats. I think it's because they're all named after ducks or some other waterbird.
