The Joseph L. Block Waiting on Lake Erie

So I was able to catch the Joseph L. Block as she approached Cleveland.

But sadly, this was a close as she would come while I was there.  She had to wait for both the Buffalo and Sam Laud to do their work.  Since it took a while for the Buffalo to get out of the River and it would probably take a while for the Laud to get down the River, I realized that I was going to catch her enter the channel.  Oh well...with any luck, I might be able to catch her on the way back up.
